Sparta Rotterdam has secured the services of Casper Terho by activating the purchase option in his loan contract. The winger, who played on loan from OH Leuven last season, has extended his contract with the club until mid-2030. This was announced by the Rotterdam club on Thursday afternoon. Terho arrived in the Eredivisie during the winter transfer window and played nine matches under the now-departed coach Maurice Steijn, scoring once. Sparta Rotterdam sees great potential in the Finnish player. Technical director Gerard Nijkamp emphasized that the club is pleased to add a skilled and creative winger to the first team. Currently, Terho is with the Finnish national team and will play an away match against Hungary tomorrow. After this match, he will join Rogier Meijer's squad following his vacation.
